TOPIC: "Assessing and Developing Your Global Mindset:  Preparing for Cross-Cultural Issues"

Finnish Business Council Beijing is holding an event to discuss how to enable business leaders to be better prepared for operating in a global business environment. Research from Thunderbird School of Global Management in the US shows, that one of the key characteristics of successful global leaders is a "Global Mindset."  Having a global mindset improves the efficiency in organizations and drives business results across cultures and borders.


GUEST SPEAKER: Mr. Jim Leininger

who specializes in organization measurement and talent management for Towers Watson, will present recent research findings and China-specific case studies. After the presentation, there will be a Q&A session.
