About UPM China
UPM (China) Co., Ltd. is a wholly owned subsidiary of the UPM Group. Since entering the Chinese market in 1998, the company has invested close to USD 2 billion in its modern paper mill in Changshu, Jiangsu Province, with a total designed paper machine capacity of 1.22 million tonnes, as well as in its Asia R&D center and a regional supply chain hub. One of UPM China’s key business areas is UPM Specialty Materials, which focuses on high-performance, recyclable office and graphic papers, as well as renewable paper-based materials for labelling and packaging applications. With a well-established sales network, the company serves customers across China, Asia-Pacific and global markets.
